一种降脂软胶囊的制备工艺研究

目的通过设计工艺路线,进行工艺方法和条件的筛选,以优选降脂软胶囊的最佳提取工艺与制备方法。方法丹参、三七等五味中药材,分别经95%乙醇、75%乙醇和水提取一次后,浓缩,减压干燥后粉碎,加入大豆油、蜂蜡和大豆磷脂后胶磨均匀,压制成软胶囊。结果第1次95%乙醇提取,最佳提取工艺为乙醇用量为6倍量,提取时间1.5h。第2次75%乙醇提取,最佳提取工艺为乙醇用量为10倍量,提取时间2.0h。第3次提取—水温浸工艺考察,在80℃加8倍量水温浸1.0h。软胶囊内容物的合适处方比例为:干膏粉∶大豆油=1∶0.9。蜂蜡加入量为大豆油量的3.8%,大豆磷脂加入量为大豆油量1.7%。结论所制得的软胶囊工艺稳定,质量可控,适用于工业生产。

Objective To optimize the best extracting process and preparation for lipid - decreasing soft - capsules by designing routine of technology,choosing methods and conditions in order to establish the best preparation process. Methods Salvia,Pseudo - ginseng and the other five traditional Chinese medicine, extracted once by 95 % ethanol, 75 % ethanol and water respectively, then concentrate,smash after drying under reduced pressure, furthermore,adding soybean oil, beeswax and soybean phospholipids glue uniform grinding, compressed into soft capsule. Results The best extraction technology for 95 % ethanol dosage is 6 times for 1.5h for the first time, and 75% ethanol dosage is 10 times for 2. Oh for the second time, the third extract- water leaching process, add 8 times the amount of water immersion 1. Oh under the condition of 80℃. The right prescription for soft capsule contents：dry paste powder ：soybean = 1：0.9. Wax content of 3.8% of the amount of soybean oil, soybean phospholipids addition amount of 1.7% soybean oil. Conclusion The optimized preparation process of the soft capsule is stability, quality control, and suitable for industrial production.
