摘要
目的基于味觉指纹技术,快速辨别10味附子炮制品,包括具有相同"味"或难以用肉眼直接区分的附子炮制品,建立附子电子舌特征图谱。方法采集10味附子炮制品,运用电子舌技术进行检测,通过主成分分析(PCA)、判别因子分析(DFA)、软独立建模分析(SIMCA)以及统计质量控制分析(SQC)对数据进行分析。结果 PCA模型、DFA模型、SIMCA模型、SQC模型均能准确快速辨别10味附子炮制品。其中PCA模型二维图谱识别指数可达98%,在此图谱中附子相同"味"的炮制品有集中的趋势;DFA模型三维图谱辨别效率达99%,DFA模型二维图谱中,相同"味"附子炮制品有集中的趋势,其结果与PCA模型一致;SIMCA模型验证得分达90分,SQC模型识别指数达91%。根据附子雷达图谱进行分析,建立附子电子舌特征图谱。结论基于味觉指纹技术,应用电子舌可明显快速辨别10味附子炮制品,并总结附子炮制品"味"的规律,尝试建立了附子电子舌特征图谱,为附子"味"的研究提出新思路。
Objective Based on taste fingerprints technology,10 processed drugs of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata are quickly discriminated. It distinguishes the same"taste",and recognizes that difficultly distinguish with eye. and establish the electronic tongue specific chromatogram. Methods The taste response values of 10 processed drugs of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata were obtained by using electronic tongue. The data was analyzed through principal component analysis( PCA),discriminant factor analysis( DFA),soft independent modeling of class analogy( SIMCA),and analysis and statistical quality control( SQC). Results 10 processed drugs of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata could be distinguished by PCA,DFA,SQC and SIMCA. Identification index of two-dimensional PCA chromatogram could reach 98%. Two-dimensional DFA chromatogram showed Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata with the same"taste"had a trend to concentration,which was consistent with PCA. Validation of SIMCA model scored 90 point and identification index of SQC model reached 91%. Based on radar chromatogram,establish the electronic tongue specific chromatogram of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. Conclusion Based on taste fingerprints technology,electronic tongue can be used to distinguish 10 processed drugs of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata quickly. Conclude the law of "taste"and establish the electronic tongue specific chromatogram of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata to provide new insights into"taste"of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata.
