摘要
目的分析针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征RCT试验所发SCI论文的特点,为以后相关RCT试验的设计和成果发表提供参考。方法检索Pub Med、OVID、Cochrane、EBSCO 4个数据的相关文献,并进行筛选、数据提取和分析。结果共纳入10篇相关SCI文章,分属于5个RCT试验,由5个团队完成。研究表明,针刺比注意力控制、体育锻炼和盐酸二甲双胍的疗效均好,针刺与假针刺的效应没有明显差异。而针刺与PCOS一线用药克罗米芬对照的RCT实验均未收录到SCI。结论目前的RCT研究中,均肯定了针刺治疗PCOS的疗效。但是缺乏针刺与克罗米芬对照的高质量RCT实验。
Objective To analyze the RCT＇s characteristics of acupuncture for PCOS based on the SCI source journal lteratures and provide reference for future RCT clinical design and report in this research. Methods Searching literatures in Pub Med,OVID,Cochrane and EBSCO and analyzing the data. Results 10 reports meet the inclusion criteria which reported by 5 RCTs. The result suggested that acupuncture was more effective than mental control,exercise and metformin in some aspect,but there were no difference between acupuncture and sham acupuncture. clomipene interventin hadnit be involved in those Rcts. Conclusion The effectiveness of acupuncture for PCOS is certain. However,the lack of high-quality RCT which camparing acupuncture to clomiphene is still a problem in this area.
