摘要 本文研究了Al-MCM-41的成型工艺。通过氮气吸附-脱附,程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)等表征方法,对在不同条件下成型的Al-MCM-41分子筛(CX-Al-MCM-41)进行分析,考察了成型条件对催化剂酸量、孔道结构、侧压强度等的影响。实验结果表明当γ-Al_2O_3用量为30%,聚乙二醇用量为5%,丁烷四羧酸用量为3%,v(10%HNO3)∶m(Al-MCM-41))=1.0∶1.5时,成型后催化剂的宏观物性最佳,其最大侧压强度可达48 N·cm^(-1)。 Abstract The forming process and catalytic properties of Al - MCM -41 were studied. Effects of molding conditions of forming CX- Al- MCM-41 on the catalyst acidity, pore structure and the edgewise compressive strength were investigated by nitrogen adsorption desorption, temperature programmed desorption ( NH3 - TPD) and other characterization methods. The results showed that the edgewise compressive strength of CX -Al -MCM -41 was up to 48 N · cm1 when the AlzO3 content was 30%, the polyethylene glycol (PEG) was 5%, the polycarboxylic acid dosage was 3% and v (10% HNO3): m(Al-MCM-41)) was 1.0: 1.5.
