摘要
研究了昆仑雪菊总黄酮对小鼠负重游泳时间的影响。选择SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠40只随机分为4组。空白组灌胃生理盐水0.1 m L/10 g,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组分别灌胃不同浓度的昆仑雪菊总黄酮0.1 m L/10 g,灌胃30 d后称量体重,测定小鼠负重游泳时间。与空白组比较,高剂量组昆仑雪菊总黄酮能显著增加游泳时间(P<0.001)。
The effects of total flavonoids were studied from coreopsis tinctoria on weight-loaded swimming time in mice.Forty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups.Blank groups feed with stroke-physiological saline solution of 0.1 m L/g,low doses groups,mederate doses groups and high doses groups respectively feed with different concentrations of total flavonoids from Coreopsis tinctoria of 0.1 m L/g.After 30 days,mice weight were weighted and the weight-loaded swimming time were measured.Compared with blank groups,the high concentration total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoria groups could increase the weight-loaded swimming time significantly(P 0.001).
