摘要
为了解决城市环境中基坑钢筋混凝土临时支撑梁拆除爆破的爆破效果、飞石及震动控制和防尘降噪之间的矛盾,提出绿色拆除爆破概念。实现绿色拆除爆破的途径包括将全寿命设计理念引入基坑临时支撑梁的设计、施工和拆除全过程,在支撑梁设计施工时采取预埋炮孔,并在炮孔布置时考虑混凝土破碎后使用;以及采用新型钢筋混凝土支撑梁拆除爆破技术。该技术联合使用801-2型建筑胶水、石膏和水配制而成的新型炮孔堵塞材料、0.08~0.12 mm厚塑料薄膜水袋压渣降尘和切断箍筋的技术手段,达到了更环保、更安全和更经济的目的。通过实际工程应用案例,证明了提出的新概念和新技术方案的可行性和先进性。
To resolve the contradiction between blasting effect and flyrock,vibration control,dust and noise reduction in the explosive demolition of temporary reinforced concrete pit-supporting beams in urban environment,the concept of green demolition blasting was put forward. The full-life design concept was proposed in the whole process of design,construct and demolition of temporary reinforced concrete pit-supporting beams,including pre-burying PVC pipes as blast holes and considering the recycling of concrete and steel,and employing new patent technology showed in this study. By using a new type of blast hole plugging material made of 801-2 type construction glue,gypsum and water,laying hole-pressing and dust-controlling water bags with 0. 08 ~ 0. 12 mm thick plastic film and cutting beam stirrups,the demolition blasting became much safe,environment-friendly and economical. The concept of green explosive demolition was verified to be feasible.
