摘要
文章基于激光钎焊车顶跌落变形问题,详细分析了顶盖跌落变形的产生机理;着眼于整车开发的流程,提出利用LS-Dyna软件进行零件重力及跌落变形模拟流程;利用Triz工具的分离原则及矛盾表从设计上找到了改进方案;针对外观、制造、周期、重量、成本和风阻6个方面对改进方案进行了详细的分析,总结了各方案的优缺点及适用范围。
Based on laser brazing roof deformation issue, the root cause of the deformation is analyzed. Focusd on the automotive development process, the core panel deformation analysis process by LS - Dyna is put forward. Using separation principles and contradiction table in Triz, the improve- ment scheme is found in design. From appearance, manufacture, time, mass, cost and Cd, the advantages, disadvantages and application region are summarized.
