摘要
文章阐述了改进高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定14种汽车内饰件挥发性醛酮类化合物的色谱分离方法。采用三元梯度洗脱,按体积百分比为乙腈38%~70%,四氢呋喃4%~12%,水25%~50%。对于14种醛酮类化合物,特别是较难分离的丙酮和丙烯醛,丁酮、甲基丙烯醛和丁醛,均能有效分离。加标回收率为70.1%~107.5%,检出限为0.001~0.026 mg/m^3,线性关系好。该方法定量准确,精密度高。
In this paper, a HPLC method to determine 14 different volatile aldehydes and ketones from automobile interior materials is optimized and established. Using ternary gradient elution, the mobile phases are in the range of acetonitrile 38% - 70% (v/v) , tetrahydrofuran 4% - 12% (v/v), water 25% - 50% (v/v). For 14 kinds of aldehyde ketone compounds, especially acetone and acrolein, butanone, methyl butyl aldehyde and acrolein which are difficult to separate in the standard, are separated effectively. The average spiked recoveries are 70.1% - 107.5% , and the detection limits are 0. 001 - 0. 026 mg/m3, and the standard curve is linearly correlated in the range of the target concentrations. This method is precise and accurate.
