Integrated Marxist View on “Criticism of Modernity”

作为当代国外马克思主义发展的最新流派,有机马克思主义系统展开了对当代资本主义的"最新"批判。其批判的"有机性"表现为将生态与人为、政治与经济结合起来,具体体现为三方面逐步递进的内容:其一,生态危机与人道主义的双重灾难,并由此引申至资本主义自由、正义、权利话语的狭隘性等现代性矛盾的批判;其二,有限政府的政治哲学、自由放任的经济哲学等现代性本体性假设,是现代性矛盾的根源;其三,综合"左与右"的更具"有机性"的"第三条道路"是解决现代性矛盾的根本途径。

As a new school of contemporary foreign Marxism,the integrated Marxism has launched a new critique on contemporary capitalism.The'integrated'demension of its critique is reflected in the combination of ecological and human factors,political and economic factors,which is embodied in the three aspects of the progressive content.Firstly,it criticizes the contradiction of modernity,such as ecological crisis,humanitarian disaster and the narrow freedom,justice,right discourse paradigm.Secondly,the origin of modernity contradiction lies in the modernity ontology hypothesis such as the limited government’s political philosophy and the laissez-faire economic philosophy.Thirdly,the'Third Road'which is'integrated'and the combination of'left and right'is the fundamental way to solve the contradictions of modernity.
