摘要
合成了2,5-二苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑胆甾醇系列化合物,其结构通过1H NMR和13C NMR得到验证.采用偏光显微镜(POM),差示扫描热仪(DSC)等测试手段研究了它们的液晶性质,不含柔性链接单元的化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ均能自组装形成层列相(Sm A),含柔性链接单元的化合物Ⅲ没有液晶性质.通过与4'-正戊基-4-氰基联苯(5CB)掺杂的混合实验,证明了这些化合物具有手性诱导及手性放大效应.
In this paper, a series of 2,5 - diphenyl- 1,3,4- oxadiazole cholesteryl dervatives were synthesized, the structures of these compounds were identified with 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.Their liquid crystalline properties were investigated by polarizing optical microscopy (POM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results showed that compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ without flexible links can self-assemble into SmA phases, however compound m containing flexible link is not quid crystal.Doping experiments with 4'-butyl-4- biphenylcarbonitrile (5CB) proved that these compounds had chiral induction and chiral amplification effect.
