基于隐式串联流体传动缸的高效节能压力机

摘要 介绍了一种柱塞-活塞隐式串联的流体传动缸,以及基于该流体传动缸的压力机。隐式串联缸的纵向尺寸,仅为现有二级显式串联缸的一半左右,且能够实现三级力输出。具有结构紧凑,刚性高,体积小,耗能低,生产效率高,冲击噪声小等突出优点。此外,压力机采用动模座在下、静模座在上、驱动缸固设在整个压力机最下部的总体布局,能够大幅度降低工伤事故,安全性好,重心低,稳定性好。 Introduced a implicit series of plunger-piston fluid power cylinder and a press machine based on it.The implicit series cylinder's longitudinal size is only half of existing explicit one's,which has prominent advantages of compact structure,high rigidity,minute extension,low power consumption,high efficiency and lower impulsive noise with 3-stage power output. Besides that,the press' s structure layout of the moving die bed arranged in the above with the fixed die bed under it,and the driving cylinder fixedly arranged at the bottom of the press can greatly reduce the industrial accident,and has good safety,low center of gravity,good stability.
