摘要
针对直径为2~3.01 m的大型阀门内花键孔的加工,研发设计了一台重型立式内拉床。利用ANSYS软件对床身、溜板、工作台等关键部件进行有限元模拟分析,通过对比优化筋板的结构,有效解决了重型拉床的振动问题。
As for the processing internal spline hole of large-scale valve,whose diameter is from 2 to 3. 01 meter,one heavy vertical broaching machine is designed. During this article,bed and slid and workbench and so on are analyzed by ANSYS,and the structures of ribbed slab are optimized through comparison,the vibration of heavy broaching machine is solved.
