摘要
针对一组结构类似的机匣工件,根据工件的结构和尺寸分析了加工要点,通过设计工件通用夹具和高精度测量异型塞规,并利用西门子数控系统踩点自动计算功能编制数控程序等方法,实现了该类型工件的快速可靠换装、测量与精密加工。
This paper analyses the processing key points about a set of some similar casing parts according to the structure and size of the parts. It achieves the replacement,measurement and precision machining rapidly and reliably of the casing parts by some methods of designing a general fixture and some high precision measurement of plug gauge,and programming some NC program that can calculate automatically using the SIEMENS CNC system.
