摘要
在短电弧放电铣削加工时,利用Fluent有限元流体仿真软件对工作介质内冲方式下极间流场进行仿真模拟,分析了工作介质压力、电极转速分别对短电弧铣削加工极间压力场、速度场分布规律的影响,并通过实验得到验证。结果表明:极间流场内的压力梯度、速度梯度随工作介质压力的增大而增大,加速了蚀除产物从加工间隙的排出,有效地提高了加工表面质量;电极转速的相对变化对极间流场内的压力场和速度场影响较小,对工件表面质量没有明显的改善。
In short arc discharge machining,simulation of flow field between the working medium thrust mode using Fluent finite element fluid simulation software,analyzes the working medium pressure,rotation speed of the electrode of the short arc machining electrode pressure field,the velocity distribution of the impact,and is validated by experiments. The results show that the pressure gradient and velocity gradient increase with the increase of the pressure of the working medium,and the removal of the product from the machining gap can effectively improve the surface quality of the machined surface; the relative change of electrode rotating speed has little influence on the pressure field and velocity field in the polar flow field,and has no obvious improvement on the surface quality of the workpiece.
