摘要
分析了汽车电气正常工作主要取决于插座端子与插头端子配合时的插拔力大小及其波动幅度,最终依赖于插座端子成形时的形状与尺寸精度。介绍了原插座端子成形的排样设计,以及影响插拔力大小的插座端子舌部成形工艺。阐述了利用自动荷重试验机对原插座端子和插头端子进行插拔力试验的结果,分析了插拔力不符合图纸要求的原因。着重介绍了插座端子舌部成形模具优化设计,即插座端子上的圆弧不能仅靠自然成形,而需由模具成形,同时还需加大弯曲回弹的补偿。插座端子多工位级进模经优化设计后,冲制的每批插座端子产品与插头端子的插拔力均符合图纸要求,产品质量达到国外同类产品水平。
The normal operation of the automotive electrical mainly depends on the socket terminal and plug terminal with the plug - pull force size and its fluctuation range, the shape and dimension precision of socket terminal are finally depended on. The original layout design of the socket terminal, and socket terminal tongue forming process affecting plug - pull force size were introduced. The plug - pull force of theorigina socket terminal and plug terminal using the automatic load tester results was described, the reasons for the plug - pull force did not meet the requirements of the drawing was analyzed. The optimum design of the forming die for the socket terminal tongue was emphatically introduced, that is the arc on the socket terminal can not only be formed by nature, but need to be formed by the mold, and need to increase the bending springback compensation. After optimization design of multi position progressive die for socket terminal,the plug - pull force of each punching of socket terminal products and plug terminals meet the drawing requirements, product quality to reach the level of similar foreign products.
