基于交互正交试验的热水系统太阳能保证率影响因素研究 被引量:13

摘要 为研究太阳能热水系统(SHWS)关键参数及其交互作用对系统性能的影响程度,建立完整的太阳能热水系统模型,采用正交试验法,以太阳能保证率为目标参数,选取集热倾角、集热面积、水箱容积和循环流量为影响因素,通过极差分析和方差分析研究各因素及其交互作用对太阳能保证率的影响程度。研究结果表明,在实际太阳能热水系统设计与优化时,应着重考虑所选4个关键参数和水箱容积与循环流量的交互作用,可以不考虑集热面积与水箱容积的交互作用。可为太阳能热水系统的优化设计提供依据。 In order to investigate the effect of the key parameters and their interactions of solar hot water system (SHWS) on the performance of the system, a comprehensive SHWS model was established. Based on the orthogonal test method, the solar fraction was selected as the target parameter and tilt angle and area of collector, water tank volume and circulation flow were selected as influencing factors, the range analysis and variance analysis were applied to study the effect of these factors and their interactions on solar fraction. The research results indicate that the four key parameters and the interaction of the tank volume and circulation flow have to be considered emphatically, and the interaction of the collector area and water tank volume can be disregarded in the actual design and optimization for SHWS. The findings can provide good reference for the simulation design of SHWS.
