球形碳颗粒在环己烷脱氢反应中的催化作用

摘要 利用水热法合成粒度不同的球形碳颗粒,通过电镜、氮气吸附和X射线衍射仪对其形貌、结构和物相组成进行表征,并以不同碳为铂催化剂载体,研究环己烷脱氢反应的催化性能,考察不同碳载体粒度对负载铂催化剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:球形碳颗粒负载质量分数1.0%的铂催化剂,其催化脱氢性能随碳颗粒粒度的改变而有所不同,粒度减小,环己烷脱氢活性增强,并且优于活性炭负载铂催化剂的性能;通过改变球形碳载体粒度大小和优化铂负载量,可增强催化剂活性和稳定性。 The spherical carbon particles with different size were synthesized by a hydrothermal method, and the morphology, structure and phase composition of the particles were characterized by Scan Electron microscope, Nitrogen adsorption techniques and X-ray diffraction instrument. The catalytic properties of cyclohexane dehydrogenation reaction were studied using different carbon-supported Pt catalysts, and the effect of different carbon particle size on catalytic performance was then explored. The results show that the catalytic dehydrogenation property of spherical carbon particles- supported 1.0% Pt catalysts changes with size change of carbon particles. The activities of catalysts increase with decreasing the support size, which are superior to that of activate carbon-supported Pt catalyst. The activity and stability of catalyst can be improved by controlling the size of carbon supports and optimizing the Pt loading.
