妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后下肢淋巴水肿评估方法的研究进展 被引量：32

Research progress of postoperative lower extremity edema assessment for gynaecological cancer survivors

摘要 下肢淋巴水肿是妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后常见的远期并发症之一。据文献报告，下肢淋巴水肿的发生率差异较大，为1．2％～47．1％，除了疾病种类、手术方式、放疗、随访时间不同等原因外，与没有统一的评估及诊断标准有关。下肢淋巴水肿早期表现为可逆性水肿。经休息或抬高患肢尚可消退，如治疗不及时，水肿进一步加重，将发生组织纤维化、
