摘要 21世纪初,首先在欧洲出现了"苏丹红"和"孔雀石绿"风波,并相继在国内外出现了多种非食品添加剂加入到食品中,因不安全食品而造成恐慌。民以食为天,食品安全最重要。对非食品添加剂的为非作歹作了详细的评述,并客观地认识食品添加剂在食品生产和生活中是一类不可或缺的化学品,而且无毒无害,不会损害人体健康。 At the beginning of twenty-first century, the "magdala red" and "malachite green" incident first appeared in Europe. A variety of non food additives had been added to food at home and abroad, which caused panic. Food was the first necessity of man, so food safety was the most important. The abuse of non food additives was reviewed in detail. And objectively understood that the food additives in food production and life was a class of chemicals couldn't be missing, and non toxic harmless, which would not damage human health.
