辽宁省工业化进程与生态环境负荷的交互响应研究

Analysis of Interactive Response Effect of Industrialization Process and Ecological Environment Loading of Liaoning Province

在供给侧改革背景下,"降能耗、去产能"成为各个省市调整产业结构、重构经济发展规划的主要宗旨。自2014年国家提出经济新常态发展要求下,辽宁省经济发展陷入前所未有的尴尬局面,一方面产业结构亟待调整与优化,另一方面,生态环境状况日渐恶化,昔日的经济发展大省、环保示范省已经逐渐褪去光环。因此,本文选择辽宁省工业化进程与生态环境负荷的交互响应这一研究视角,首先,基于生态位适宜度模型测算出1995-2014年辽宁省生态环境负荷水平;在此基础上,基于VAR模型与脉冲响应函数模型,对辽宁省工业化水平与生态环境负荷之间的交互响应关系进行实证分析。

Under the background of reform of supply-side,＂ reducing energy consumption and production capacity＂ has been the main objectives of adjusting industrial structure and restructuring economic development plan of each province. Since 2014,＂ China＇s New Normal＂ has been put forward, and in the same time, economic development of Liaoning prov- ince has been mired in an embarrassing situation. On the one hand, industrial structure needs adjustment and optimization; on the other hand, ecological environment condition has been deteriorating. Thus, first of all, this article measures ecological environment loading level of Liaoning province during 1995 -2014 based on ecological niche model. Then, the empirical a- nalysis of interactive response effect of industrialization process and ecological environment loading of Liaoning province based on VAR model and impulse response function has been accomplished.
