健听青年颅顶慢反应和短纯音ABR反应阈与纯音听阈的比较 被引量:4

A Comparison of SVR and tb-ABR Response Threshold and PTA Threshold in Normal-hearing Young People

摘要 目的通过比较健听青年颅顶慢反应(slow vertex response,SVR)阈和短纯音听性脑干反应(toneburst auditory brainstem response,tb-ABR)阈与纯音听阈(pure tone audiometry,PTA)的关系,探讨SVR和tbABR用于听阈评估的价值。方法对30例健听青年分别进行双耳0.5、1、2、4kHz频率的tb-ABR、SVR反应阈及PTA测试,比较各频率SVR、tb-ABR反应阈与纯音听阈的差值及其相关性。结果 SVR反应阈与PTA在0.5kHz频率处的差值最小,为3.59±7.32dB,在1、2、4kHz频率的差值分别为6.92±5.07、8.33±6.71、9.83±9.41dB;tb-ABR反应阈与PTA在4kHz频率处的差值最小,为14.58±7.24dB,在0.5、1、2kHz频率处的差值分别为29.42±6.83、23.25±7.47、16.50±6.43dB;各频率SVR和tb-ABR反应阈与PTA差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。SVR与PTA在1、2kHz处有较好相关性(分别为r=0.51,P<0.01和r=0.44,P<0.05);tbABR与PTA在4kHz处有较好相关性(r=0.53,P<0.01)。结论在听力正常的青年人群中,SVR和tb-ABR反应阈均能较好地预估PTA,前者更接近PTA。 Objective To study the relationship among the slow vertex response(SVR),tone burst ABR threshold and pure tone thresholds in young people with normal hearing,and to discuss the values of SVR and tbABR assessing hearing thresholds.Methods A total of 30normal-hearing young people aged 20 to 24 were induded in this study.The thresholds of SVR,tb-ABR and threshold of PTA were tested at each verbal frequency(0.5,1,2,4kHz).The differences and the relationship among SVR with PTA,tb-ABR,and PTA were statistically studied.Results The differences between SVR and tb-ABR and PTA at various frequencies were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The minimum difference between SVR and PTA was(3.59±7.32)dB at 0.5kHz.The differences of 1,2,and 4kHz were 6.92±5.07,8.33±6.71,and 9.83±9.41 dB,respectively.The minimum differences between tb-ABR and PTA was 14.58±7.24 dB at 4kHz,and the differences of 0.5,1,and 2kHz were 29.42±6.83,23.25±7.47,and 16.50±6.43 dB,respectively.SVR and PTA had a good correlation at 1 and 2kHz(r=0.51,P〈0.01 and r=0.44,P〈0.05,respectively).tb-ABR and PTA had a good correlation at 4kHz(r=0.53,P〈0.01).Conclusion In normal hearing young population,SVR and tb-ABR can estimate PTA well,and the former is closer to PTA threshold.
