中国健康智库建设的价值探析

Discussion on the Importance of Chinese Health Think-tank Construction

为了更好地促进中国健康卫生事业的发展,在新医改的背景下,结合国内外健康智库发展现状,对建设中国健康智库的内涵、运行机制、特性及重要性进行了剖析,指出加强健康智库建设是当前中国政治经济发展的迫切需要,是国家掌握参与全球卫生合作话语权的重要保障。提出加强调查研究,大力推进中国健康智库建设,将健康智库建设纳入国家战略,促进我国健康产业快速发展。在新医改这一重大历史机遇时期,进一步做好顶层设计,组织开展健康服务与政策的理论研究,发挥健康智库思想市场的强大支撑作用。

To improve the construction of Chinese medical and health services,under the background of new healthcare reform,the importance of constructing a Chinese health think-tank（HTT）was analyzed.Current status in the domestic and overseas of the HTT were illustrated.The content and operating mechanism and the characters and the importance of HTT were dissected.The conclusion was that reinforcing the construction of HTT was urgent for national political and economic progress.Strengthening the investigation and research,putting the HTT construction into national strategy and promoting the construction of healthy Chinese think-tank were very important to accelerate the development of China＇s health industry.In the new medical reform stage,more efforts should be made to further the top-level design,conduct theoretical researches of health services and policy,and let health think-tank play a significant role in the development of health care.
