液肥注射式变形齿轮扎穴机构设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有扎穴机构存在传动系统复杂、扎穴穴口较大等问题,设计传动系统简单且可实现穴口小变形齿轮扎穴机构。根据变形齿轮啮合特点,构建扎穴机构变形齿轮行星轮系节曲线数学模型。应用VB语言开发该扎穴机构仿真优化软件,分析变形齿轮长半轴a、变形齿轮偏心率e、变形齿轮变形系数m1等重要参数对扎穴轨迹影响,通过人机交互方式优化可满足扎穴机构工作要求的结构参数。应用Pro/E软件建立扎穴机构三维模型,ADAMS软件模拟仿真,喷肥针尖运动轨迹曲线与理论分析轨迹一致,验证机构设计合理性。台架试验总平均穴口宽度为21.1 mm、穴距220.1 mm。结果表明,该扎穴机构满足喷肥针扎穴穴口性能要求,可为深施型液态施肥机设计提供理论参考。 Aiming at the existing problems of big hole and complex transmission system of picking hole mechanism, a kind of picking hole mechanism based on deformable-elliptic gears of simple transmission system and small hole was designed. According to the characteristics of the meshing of the deformation gears, the mathematical model of the nodal curve of the planetary gear train with deformation gears was built. The kinematic simulation optimization software of the picking hole mechanism is developed by VB software. The effects of the long semi-axis a, eccentricity e, coefficient m1 on the picking hole trajectory were analyzed. Through the type of human-computer interaction, a set of optimal parameters were obtained, the picking hole mechanism model was established by applying Pro/E software. With the ADAMS software, the trajectory curves were got. The correctness of the me-chanism design was verified. This picking hole mechanism was tested on the test-bed, and the results showed that the hole width was 21.1 mm and distance between the two holes was 220.1 mm. The proposed picking hole mechanism could meet the design requirement, provide a theoretical reference for deep liquid fertilizer with simple structure and high picking hole performance.
