我军心理医师的培养存在一些问题,针对这种情况,苗丹民教授的团队提出了部队心理卫生工作"宣、评、甄、咨、训、勤"的六大职能定位,遵照此六大职能,通过明确目的、标准、形式和注意事项等,可建立我军心理医师培养体系。这也是践行习主席的卫生与健康理念,是贯彻习主席重要指示的具体手段和方法。
