摘要
心血管内科的临床教学是内科教学活动中的重要环节,随着经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)深入的开展,其教学内容已成为心血管内科临床教学的重点及亮点,传统单一的教学模式已经难以满足教学要求。因此,积极探讨新的教学方法对提高医学生学习效率有重要的帮助,以问题为基础(PBL)教学模式联合病例教学法(CBL)克服传统以讲座为基础的学习(LBL)教学法的不足之处,很好地调动了医学生的学习积极性,有助于其临床综合思维能力、实践操作能力的培养,取得良好教学效果。文章探讨在PBL+CBL教学法基础上将互联网平台引入PCI诊疗教学中。通过探索发现,互联网平台支持下PBL+CBL教学法进一步提高了学生自主学习能力,提高教学效果,提升了教师教学能力,能很好解决目前临床带教中存在的问题,达到教学相长。
The clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine is an important part of medical teaching, with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in-depth, the content of teaching has become the focus and highlight of cardiovascular medicine clinical teaching, the traditional teaching mode has been difficult to meet the teaching requirements. Therefore, actively explore new teaching methods to improve medical students' learning efficiency has important help, problem-based teaching model(PBL) combined with case teaching method(CBL) to overcome the traditional lecture based learning(LBL) teaching deficiencies, well mobilizes learners' enthusiasm for medical students. It is helpful to cultivate the comprehensive clinical thinking ability and practical ability, to achieve good teaching effect. In this paper, the Internet platform is introduced into the teaching of PCI based on PBL+CBL teaching method. Through the discovery, the Internet platform under the support of PBL+CBL teaching method to further improve the students' autonomous learning ability, improve teaching effectiveness, improve teaching ability of teachers, which can well solve the problems in the clinical teaching, the teaching method is to teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
