摘要
目的研究分析过渡型PBL在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2—6月医学院临床医学学生60名作为研究对象,将学生分为观察组和对照组,每组各30名,研究组学生应用过渡型PBL教学方法,对照组学生应用常规教学,比较两组教学效果。结果观察组学生对教师准备、临床病例引用、课件制备、基础临床结合程度的认可度比对照组高,观察组学生对知识掌握程度、参与度、思维能力锻炼、上课兴趣、教学满意度的赞成率比对照组高,观察组学生考核平均得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过渡型PBL在妇产科教学中的应用效果较好。
Objective To study the effect of transitional PBL in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. Methods 60 medical students were selected as subjects from February to June 2016. The students were divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases of patients in each group, and the students in the study group applied the transition type PBL teaching methods, the control group of students using conventional teaching, comparing the two groups of teaching results. Results The score of teachers' preparation, clinical case reference, courseware preparation and basic clinical combination degree were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The student in the observation group had significant differences in knowledge mastery, participation, thinking ability, interest in class and teaching satisfaction. The score of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of transitional PBL in obstetrics and gynecology teaching is effective and worthy of popularization.
