摘要
目的探讨CBL教学法在眼科教学中的效果。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院2012级临床医学专业学生120名,将其随机分对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用CBL教学法,教学结束后分别对两组进行试卷考试,发调查问卷,评价教学效果。结果实验组试卷总分和病例题分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组基础知识分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组问卷调查中5个方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组基础知识掌握方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CBL教学法是一种有效的教学方法,有助于学生综合能力的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of CBL teaching method in ophthalmology teaching. Methods 2012 class clinical medical students of grade 120 people in Qiqihar medical school were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group used traditional teaching methods, experimental group using CBL teaching method. After the teaching, two groups were tested, questionnaire survey, evaluating teaching effect. Results The total score and the number of cases in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Comparison of two groups of basic knowledge, there was no significant difference(P〉0.05); The 5 aspects of the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). But the comparison of two groups of basic knowledge, there was no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion CBL teaching method is an effective teaching method, which contributes to the improvement of students' comprehensive ability.
