内蒙古赤峰地区2型糖尿病患者一级亲属筛查与影响因素分析

Analysis the Factor of Type 2 Diabetes Patients With First-degree Relatives in Chifeng District in Inner Mongolia

目的研究内蒙古赤峰地区2型糖尿病现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月内蒙古赤峰地区2型糖尿病患者的一级亲属720人作为研究对象,对所有研究对象进行血糖、血脂检测,并对其进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果血糖正常者294人,异常者426人;IFG 35人、IGT 165人、OGTT116人、疑似糖尿病者109人;年龄、文化程度、BMI、TG水平等均是影响糖尿病的相关因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、BMI、TC、TG是糖尿病的危险因素。结论年龄、文化程度、BMI、血脂水平等均是糖尿病的重要影响因素,人们需加强对身体状况的控制,相关部门需做好健康宣教工作,以减少糖尿病的发生。

Objective To study the status of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Inner Mongolia, Chifeng, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 2 first-degree relatives of type 720 diabetes mellitus in Inner Mongolia area from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects of study in Chifeng, blood glucose and blood lipid were measured in all subjects, and carries on the questionnaire survey to it, carries on the analysis to the investigation result.Results The blood glucose level was about 294, and the abnormal was about 426; IFG 35 people, IGT 165 people, OGTT 116 people, suspected of diabetes in the population of 109 people, age, education level, BMI, TG levels are related factors of diabetes, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Age, education level, BMI, TC, TG were risk factors of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Age, education level, BMI, blood lipid level are important factors of diabetes mellitus, people need to strengthen the control of their physicalcondition, relevant departments should do a good job of health education to reduce the incidence of diabetes.
