颅内肿瘤的CT与MRI诊断与鉴别诊断价值分析

Value of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Intracranial Tumors

目的分析颅内肿瘤的CT与MRI诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法随机抽取我院自2015年3月—2016年3月收治的颅内肿瘤患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(n=50)和B组(n=50)。B组采用CT检查,A组采用MRI检查。分析两组的病理结果以及检出率与诊断率。结果 A组的检出率与诊断率高于B组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI诊断与鉴别颅内肿瘤的诊断率以及检出率均优于CT,有助于临床医师为患者更好的诊疗疾病提供正确依据。

Objective To analyze the CT and MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intracranial tumors. Methods 100 cases of patients with intracranial tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study object and were randomly divided into group A（n=50） and group B（n=50）. CT scan was used in group B and MRI in group A. The pathological results, the detection rate and the diagnostic rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results The detection rate and the diagnostic rate of group A were much higher than those of group B, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT and MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intracranial tumors, relatively speaking, MRI diagnosis and detection rate is higher, help clinicians to better diagnosis andtreatment of patients with disease.
