微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Minimally Invasive Technique in Clinical Treatment of Traumatic Orthopedics

目的研究微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果,了解微创技术在骨科临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的230例骨科患者进行回顾性分析。按照随机分组原则将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组患者115例。试验组患者给予微创技术进行治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗结束后,对比两组患者伤口愈合时间、换药次数以及患者恢复的效果。结果试验组患者在伤口愈合时间、换药次数和腔内异物留存情况均优于对照组,总有效率优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中有着很好的应用效果,创伤小,恢复时间快,能够显著减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive technique in clinical treatment of traumatic orthopedics and to understand the application value of minimally invasive technique in the clinical treatment of orthopedics.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016,230 cases of patients with orthopedic treatment were treated in our hospital.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of randomized grouping.The patients in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive technique.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment.After the treatment,the wound healing time,the number of dressing and the recovery effect were compared between two groups.Results The rate of wound healing,the number of dressing and the retention of foreign bodies in the test group were better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference between the test group and the control group was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive technique has a good effect in the clinical treatment of traumatic orthopedics.Trauma is small and fast recovery time can greatly reduce the pain of patients.
