摘要
目的将腹腔镜膀胱全切术临床疗效以及开放手术临床疗效进行对比分析。方法选取我院2015年4月—2016年4月所收治的56例膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象,利用抽签法将所有患者均分为研究组与对照组,每组各28例。对照组给予开放手术治疗,研究组给予腹腔镜膀胱全切术治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后的效果。结果经过对应性治疗后,研究组患者的术中出血量、住院时间以及术后下床活动时间、并发症发生率均得到了改善,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜膀胱全切术临床疗效更佳。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cystectomy. Methods A total of 56 patients with bladder cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were divided into the study group and the control group, 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, the study group was treated with laparoscopic cystectomy, comparative analysis of two groups of patients after treatment.Results After the corresponding treatment, the amount of intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative ambulation time and complication rate were improved, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic total cystectomy is better.
