关节镜手术与非手术治疗距小腿关节退行性骨关节的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨比较关节镜手术与非手术治疗对距小腿关节退行性骨关节病的临床效果研究。方法选择距小腿关节退行性骨关节病患者80例作为研究对象,根据关节镜手术治疗(n=40)与非手术保守治疗(n=40)效果展开对比。结果关节镜组患者优良率为87.5%,非手术组优良率为82.5%,组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,关节镜组Mazur评分为(87.2±6.1)分,非手术组为(83.4±5.9)分;关节镜组VAS评分为(2.2±0.2)分,非手术组为(2.4±0.7)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非手术治疗法和关节镜手术均可起到有效治疗作用,但关节镜技术可对关节内病变直接处理,具有术后恢复快、创伤小等优点。 Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic and nonsurgical treatment of degenerative osteoarthrosis of the leg joints. Methods 80 cases of degenerative joint disease of lower limb joints were selected as the research object, to compare the effect of arthroscopic surgery(n=40) and non-operative conservative treatment(n=40). Results The excellent and good rate was 87.5% in the arthroscopic group, and the excellent and good rate in the non operation group was 82.5%, there was no significant difference between two groups(P〉0.05). After treatment, the Mazur score was(87.2 ± 6.1), the non-operation group was(83.4±5.9). The VAS score of arthroscopy group was(2.2 ± 0.2), the non-operation group was(2.4 ± 0.7), There was no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Non-operative treatment and arthroscopic surgery can play an effective role in the treatment. However, arthroscopic technique can be used for direct treatment of intraarticular lesions, it has the advantages of quick recovery and less trauma.
