血管介入术后两种股动脉压迫止血方法的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨两种止血方法的优劣及相关不良反应的发生情况。方法将100例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用GF-A型压迫止血器,对照组采用传统压迫止血法。结果实验组止血操作的时间及穿刺肢体制动时间少于对照组(P<0.01);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经股动脉穿刺介入手术应用GF-A型动脉压迫止血器可以明显缩短止血操作时间、肢体制动时间,同时减轻了患者的不适症状。 Objective To research the merits of two kinds of hemostasis approaches and related adverse reactions occur. Methods 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into an experimental group a control group. The experimental group was applied with E-finger Femoral hemostasis electronic compressors(GF-A), and the control group was applied with traditional manual compression. Results In the experimental group, the bleeding time and immobile time of punctured limbs were less than those in the control group(P〈0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group's(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of Femoral electronic compressor(GF-A) in percutaneous interventional operations via femoral artery, which can obviously shorten the bleeding time, limbs braking time, at the same time, reduce patients' symptom.
