膝骨关节炎锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液联合玻璃酸钠治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Technetium [^(99)Tc] Methylenediphosphonate Injection Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探究对膝骨关节炎患者采用锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液(云克)与玻璃酸钠相联合来进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院164例随机分成两组,每组各82例。对照组采用关节腔注射玻璃酸钠来进行治疗,观察组患者采用云克与玻璃酸钠相联合的方式来进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者在接受3个月及6个月的治疗后,膝关节功能评分以及BME评分与同期的对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用云克联合玻璃酸钠方法来治疗膝骨关节炎患者,能够显著改善患者的症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of Cloud G and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 164 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, 82 cases in each group, the control group using intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for treatment, the observation group were treated with Yunke and sodium hyaluronate combined approach to treatment, observe the clinical effect of two groups. Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment, the knee function score and BME score of the observation group were compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis using Yunke combined with sodium hyaluronate method can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms and high safety.
