葛根芩连汤治疗急性肠炎86例患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Gegenqinlian Decoction in the Treatment of 86 cases of Patients With Acute Enteritis

目的研究葛根岑连汤治疗急性肠炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1—6月收治的86例急性肠炎患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为中医组与西医组,西医组采用西药疗法,中医组加用葛根岑连汤治疗,对比两组患者疗效。结果中医组患者治疗有效率为97.67%,不良反应发生率为13.95%,西医组患者治疗有效率为81.40%,不良反应发生率为18.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛根岑连汤治疗急性肠炎的效果显著,与常规西药治疗的患者相比,加用葛根岑连汤治疗后患者的疗效明显提高,不良反应明显降低。

Objective To study the clinical effect of gegenqinlian decoction in treatment of acute enteritis cen. Methods 86 cases of acute enteritis patients in our hospital from January to June 2016 and were randomly divided into the TCM group and western medicine group, western medicine group with western medicine, Chinese medicine group treated with gegenqinlian decoction, comparison of two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine group was 97.67%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 13.95%, the effective rate was 81.40%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 18.60%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gegenqinlian decoction for the treatment of acute enteritis effect significantly, compared with the conventional western medicine treatment of patients, efficacy of the addition of gegenqinlian decoction in the treatment of patients with even thickness increased, adverse reactions decreased significantly.
