复方玄驹胶囊联合沙立度胺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule Combined With Thalidomide in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的研究分析复方玄驹胶囊联合沙立度胺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年2月—2016年4月收治的强直性脊柱炎患者130例作为研究对象,根据用药方法进行分组,将其分为单药组与联合用药组。单药组采用复方玄驹胶囊治疗;联合用药组采用复方玄驹胶囊联合沙立度胺治疗。比较两组患者强直性脊柱炎治疗效果,治疗前后疼痛情况、红细胞沉降率、晨僵时间。结果联合用药组患者强直性脊柱炎治疗效果优于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前疼痛情况、红细胞沉降率、晨僵时间对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合用药组疼痛情况、红细胞沉降率、晨僵时间均优于单药组(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合沙立度胺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果确切,可有效改善红细胞沉降率,缩短晨僵时间,减轻患者疼痛。

Objective To study the clinical effect of fufangxuanju capsule combined with thalidomide in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 130 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis were selected as the study object in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016. The patients were divided into single drug group and combined treatment group according to the method of medication. Single drug group treated with compound xuanju capsule, combined treatment group was treated with compound xuanju capsule combined with thalidomide treatment. Comparison of two groups of patients with ankylosing spondylitis treatment effect, before and after the treatment of pain, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the time of morning. Results The therapeutic effect of combined treatment group patients with ankylosing spondylitis significantly than single drug group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups before treatment pain, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the time of morning, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Combined treatment group after treatment pain, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, time of morning stiffness significantly than the single drug group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of compound xuanju capsule combined with thalidomide in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis is effective, which can effectively improve the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, shorten the time of morning stiffness and reduce the pain of patients.
