益生菌联合康复新液治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的可行性观察

To Observe the Feasibility of Probiotics Combined With Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Mild and Moderate Active Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎采用益生菌联合康复新液治疗的效果。方法按照随机数字表法,将104例活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者分为研究组(益生菌+康复新液)与对照组(益生菌),对比两组患者疗效。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为98.1%、82.7%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组病变活动性评分、治疗满意度评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎采用益生菌联合康复新液治疗的效果显著。

Objective To investigate the mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis by probiotics combined with kangfuxin Liquid in treatment effect. Methods According to the random number table method, 104 cases of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis patients were divided into study group（probiotics ＋ kangfuxinye） and control group（probiotics）, the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 98.1% and 82.7% respectively, between groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, two groups of disease activity score, treatment satisfaction score comparison, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis significantly by probiotics combined with kangfuxin liquid in treatment effect.
