海淀甘家口社区2011——2015年计划生育手术状况分析

Analysis of Community Family Planning Operation Status From 2011 to 2015 at Ganjiakou Community, Haidian

目的了解海淀甘家口社区2011年1月—2015年12月计划生育基本情况,监测相关数据的变化情况,指导本社区计划生育工作。方法对2011年1月—2015年12月在我社区卫生服务中心接受计划生育服务的患者数据进行统计分析。结果 (1)计划生育手术总量有逐年下降的趋势,年下降幅度最高达24.14%;(2)计划生育手术中,主要以人工流产占多数,构成比为60.6%~64.8%;(3)人工流产手术中,外地户籍占多数,构成比为71.8%~84.9%,呈逐年上升趋势。结论在社区开展健康教育和避孕知识宣传,有利于维护育龄妇女的生殖健康;而流动人口的避孕节育宣教工作需进一步加强。

Objective The basic situation of Haidian, January 2011 to December 2015, family planning knowledge community, monitoring the change of relevant data, to guide the family planning work. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the data of family planning services in our community health service centers from January 2011 to December 2015. Results（1） the total number of family planning surgery decreased year by year, the annual decline of up to 24.14%;（2） in family planning operation, the majority of artificial abortion, the composition ratio of 60.6% ~ 64.8%;（3） artificial abortion operation, the majority of foreign household registration, the composition ratio is 71.8% ~ 84.9%, which showed a rising trend year by year. Conclusion Health education and contraception knowledge in community, which was conducive to maintaining reproductive health of women of childbearing age. And the floating population of contraception education work needs to be further strengthened.
