个性化的护理方法对甲状腺手术患者的临床研究

目的研究个性化护理在甲状腺手术护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年9月—2015年12月所收治的112例甲状腺手术患者作为本次研究对象,将其按照计算机表法平均分为研究组(n=56)和对照组(n=56),对照组行常规护理,研究组行个性化护理,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行探索。结果研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,且研究组患者术前1天与术后2天的SAS评分低于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术护理中应用个性化护理的效果显著,能够有效缩短患者的住院时间,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To study the clinical effect of individualized nursing in thyroid surgery. Methods 112 cases of thyroid surgery patients admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object, They were divided into study group（n=56） and control group（n=56） according to the computer table method, the control group received routine nursing care, Study group personalized care, to explore the clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the SAS score of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group before 1 day and after 2 days, the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe application of individualized nursing in thyroid surgery nursing is significant, which can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, alleviate patient pain.
