责任制护理在保健病房科优质护理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Responsibility Nursing in High Quality Nursing Care at Department of Health Care Ward

目的分析在保健病房科优质护理中采用责任制护理的临床护理效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月我院保健病房科收治的老年患者96例作为研究对象,采用抽签分组方式将其均分为对照组与实验组,每组各48例患者。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用责任制优质护理,护理后对两组患者的护理效果进行比较和分析。结果实验组患者的治疗依从性,生活质量,护理满意度均高于对照组,医院感染发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在保健病房科优质护理中给予责任制护理干预具有理想的护理效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of nursing care in the Department of health ward. Methods 96 cases of elderly patientsadmitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects, the groups were divided into control group and experimental group, 48 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group was treated with responsibility system, the nursing effect of two groups of patients after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results The treatment compliance, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the incidence of nosocomial infection was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing care of responsibility system nursing care in the Department of quality care in the Department of health ward has the ideal nursing effect.
