摘要
目的 5例亚硝酸盐中毒合并呼吸衰竭的急救护理。方法选取2014年6月—2015年6月来我院治疗的5例亚硝酸盐中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,通过对其进行急救护理,观察和分析护理结果,得出相关结论。结果除1例患者因呼吸衰竭抢救无效死亡外,其他患者均被有效抢救。结论对于亚硝酸盐中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者来讲,急救护理具有较高的临床价值,同时对于患者的治愈起到极大的积极作用。
Objective Emergency nursing care of 5 cases of nitrite poisoning complicated with respiratory failure. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, 5 patients with nitrite poisoning and respiratory failure treated in our hospital were selected as the research object, through the first aid nursing, observation and analysis of nursing results, draw relevant conclusions. Results Except 1 patient died of respiratory failure, other patients were effectively rescued. Conclusion For patients with nitrite poisoning complicated with respiratory failure, first aid nursing has high clinical value, at the same time for the patient＇s cure played a great positive role.
