摘要
目的探讨基于循证护理对膝骨关节炎患者护理质量的评价。方法选取本院2015年4月—2016年6月诊治的老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,循证护理组患者30例实施循证护理,常规护理组患者30例实施常规护理,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析,比较两组患者的护理质量。结果循证护理组总有效率(86.67%)高于常规护理组(66.67%);循证护理组膝关节功能恢复优于常规护理组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理指导下的护理决策可以为患者提供最佳的护理方案。
Objective To investigate evaluation of evidence based nursing on nursing quality in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected in hospital from April 2015 to June 2016, who were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases of patients received evidence based nursing as evidence based nursing group. 30 cases of patients received routine nursing as routine nursing group. SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Nursing quality was compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate in evidence based nursing group（86.67%） was significantly higher than routine nursing group（66.67%）. Knee joint function recovery in evidence based nursing group was better than routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing decision-making under the guidance of evidence based nursing can provide the best nursing program for patients.
