经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)下取石术治疗中的护理配合分析

Analysis of Nursing Cooperation in Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)

目的探索经内镜逆行胰胆管造影治疗胆总管结石的手术配合要点与临床护理需求。方法选取我院收治的76例胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行内镜逆行性胰胆管造影方法治疗,对手术中的配合要点以及临床护理路径进行探讨。结果 76例胆总管结石患者中有72例手术一次性成功,2例行1次手术后转外科治疗,2例行2次手术后成功。结论 ERCP下治疗胆总管结石的效果显著,成功率高,风险小,值得临床应用,在手术中实施有效的临床护理路径能够有效降低手术后胆道继发感染等一系列并发症,且对减轻患者的疼痛有明显优势。

Objective To explore the main points of operation and nursing care of patients with common bile duct stones treated by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Methods 76 cases of patients with common bile duct stones in our hospital were selected as the research object. All patients were treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, the key points in the operation and clinical nursing path. Results 76 cases of common bile duct stones in patients with a one-time success of surgery in 72 cases, 2 patients underwent surgical treatment after surgery for 1 time, 2 cases were successful after the second operation. Conclusion ERCP in the treatment of common bile duct calculi under effect is remarkable, the success rate is high, the risk is small, worthy of clinical application, implement effective clinical nursing path in operation can effectively reduce biliary secondary infection and other complications after the surgery, and has obviousadvantages to ease the pain of patients.
