摘要
目的探讨在CT增强检查患者中应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法选取我院特检科2016年1—10月收治CT增强扫描患者100例作为研究对象,依据护理模式分组,其中对照组(n=50)行常规护理,观察组(n=50)行舒适护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组图像质量优良率为94.0%,检查成功率为88.0%,优于对照组的78.0%、70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在CT增强扫描患者中应用舒适护理临床效果优良。
Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing inpatients with CT enhanced clinical effect. Methods 100 cases of patients with CT enhanced scan were selected from our hospital from January to October 2016, according to nursing mode, the control group（n=50） received routine nursing care, and the observation group（n=50） received comfort care, the nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 94.0%, and the success rate was 88.0%, compared with the control group 78.0%, 70.0%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing in patients with CT enhanced scan,clinical effect is good.
