髋关节表面置换治疗无菌性股骨头坏死的护理措施及效果

Nursing Measures and the Effect of Patients With Aseptic Necrosis of Femoral Head Treated With Hip Joint Replacement

目的探讨无菌性股骨头坏死患者采用髋关节表面置换治疗者的护理措施及效果。方法选取90例拟采用髋关节表面置换治疗的无菌性股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组(45例)和试验组(45例),两组患者分别接受常规和综合护理。对比两组患者效果及满意度。结果试验组效果分布与对照组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组(84.44%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度分布和总满意度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无菌性股骨头坏死患者髋关节表面置换治疗中实施综合护理有助于改善效果和满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of patients with aseptic necrosis of femoral head treated with hip joint replacement. Methods 90 cases of patients with who aseptic necrosis of femoral head would be treated with hip joint replacement were enrolled and randomly divided into groups. The control group（45 cases） and the experimental group（45 cases） were respectively given routine and comprehensive care. The effect and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The effect distribution in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group（P〈0.05）. And the total effective rate of the experimental group（97.78%）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（84.44%）（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction distribution and total satisfaction rate were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care in patients with aseptic necrosis of femoral head in the treatment of hip resurfacing treatment can help to improve the effectiveness and satisfaction.
