结核性胸膜炎患者施行优质护理结合健康教育的效果分析

Analysis the Effect of Implementation Combined With Health Education of High Quality Nursing in Patients With Tuberculous Pleurisy

目的探究结核性胸膜炎患者施行优质护理结合健康教育的效果。方法选取2015年4月-2016年10月山东省胸科医院结核内六科收治的108例结核性胸膜炎患者临床资料进行分析,按照护理模式的不同分成对照组(54例)与研究组(54例),对照组实行常规护理,研究组实行优质护理与健康教育,比较两组患者知识知晓与临床依从性、生活质量。结果研究组知识知晓、临床依从评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组生活质量各项得分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论结核性胸膜炎临床治疗过程中予以健康教育与优质护理,能够有效提升治疗效果,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing combined with health education in patients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods From April 2015 to October 2016, 108 cases of tuberculous pleurisy in patients with clinical data admitted to the sixth department of internal medicine tuberculosis of shandong provincial chest hospital were analyzed, the patients were divided into control group（54 cases） and study group（54 cases） according to the nursing model. The control group was given routine nursing, study group to implement quality care and health education, and the knowledge, clinical compliance and quality of life were compared. Results The knowledge and clinical compliance scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the scores of the quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tuberculosis pleurisy in the clinical treatment process to be health education and quality care, which can effectively enhance the treatment effect, improve patient prognosis.
