Occupational Hazards and Preventive Measures of Outpatient Nurses

目的探讨门诊护士工作中常见的各种职业危害,分析整合、提出相应的防护对策。方法对我院门诊各部门护士进行职业危害调查、分析、总结经验,提出改进措施。结果调查到门诊的各部门护士均遭受各方面不同程度的职业暴露及职业危害。这些暴露及危害对门诊护士的不良影响100%,然而防护对策得当,绝大多数暴露及危害均可避免。结论门诊护士的职业危害在防护对策得当的情况下,能够有效保障门诊护士的身心健康水平。

Objective To explore the occupational hazards, analysis and integration, and put forward corresponding countermeasures in the work of outpatient nurses. Methods The occupational hazards of nurses in our hospital were investigated, analyzed and summed up, and the improvement measures were put forward. Results All nurses surveyed to the outpatient department were exposed to occupational exposure and occupational hazards in varying degrees. These exposure and harm to the outpatient nurses adverse effects of 100%, but the protective measures properly, the vast majority of exposure and harm can be avoided. ConclusionThe occupational hazards of outpatient nurses can effectively protect the physical and mental health of outpatient nurses in the case of protective measures.
