含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒在马厂油田的研究与应用

摘要 油田开发中会产生大量的含油污泥,其成分复杂,处理费用高,对油田开发及环境存在很大的隐患。马厂油田最初采用回注的方式对含油污泥进行处理,虽然一定程度上处理了含油污泥,但是时间久了对井筒和地层产生了很大的损害,效果并不理想。马厂油田结合自身含油污泥特性开展新的研究应用,通过分析污泥成分,发现马厂油田含油污泥主要成分为悬浮固体物,含水率在85%左右,含泥率14%,而含油率很小,只有0.19%,将其代替土般土填充到凝胶颗粒中用来调驱,对含油污泥处理提出了新的思路,并对含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒性能进行了评价,发现其在不同矿化度下膨胀性能差别不大,高温稳定性较好,抗剪切能力良好,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,既处理了含油污泥实现了环保,又实现了含油污泥再利用增加了产量提高了采收率,意义重大。 In the oilfield development,large amount of oily sludge was produced,its composition was complex and its handling cost was high,which would damage the environment of oilfield development.The oily sludge was initially treated by re-injection in Machang Oilfield,although the sludge was handled at a certain extent,but for a long time it induced serious damage on the well bore and the effect was not ideal.Based on the characteristics of the sludge itself,a research is performed and its composition is analyzed,it is found out that its composition is suspended solids with water content about 85%and mud content of 14%and low oil content of 0.19%.It is used to replace the bentonite for gel particle displacement,based on the study,a new idea for oily sludge treatment is proposed,its property is evaluated,it is found out that there is less difference in expansibility at different salinities and it is stable at high temperature with good shear ability,good effect is obtained in application,it not only can deal with the sludge environmentally,but also can increase the oil recovery efficiency in the reuse of oily sludge,so it is of great significance.
