摘要
单家寺油田单2西沙三段4砂组为厚层活跃边底水超稠油油藏,由于储层物性差、靠近油水界面、开采技术不配套等原因,直井蒸汽吞吐开发周期生产时间短,含水率上升快,周期产量低,开发效果差。基于数值模拟技术,研究了该区剩余油分布,分析了水平井经济及技术界限,优化了水平井参数,研究表明,井型以水平井最佳,合理井距为90~100m,排距为100m时最合理;当水平段长度在200~250m之间时,采出程度和单储净累计产油达到最大;当水平段距油层段顶7/10时采出程度最高,水平段优选位于油层中部偏下。该研究成果改善了单2西沙三段4砂组开发效果,提高了采收率,对活跃边底水超稠油油藏开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
The 4^(th) sand group of Es3 in the west of Block Shan 2 of Shanjiasi Oilfield was ultra-heavy oil reservoir with active edge and bottom water,because of poor physical property in the reservoir,near oil-water interface,nonmatched production technology and etc,production cycle was short with fast water-cut increase,low cyclic oil production and poor development effect in cyclic steam stimulation of vertical wells.Based on the numerical simulation technology,the distribution of remaining oil was studied,the technical limitations of economic development by horizontal wells were analyzed for the parameter optimization for the horizontal wells.The study indicated that for the horizontal wells,the rational well space was 90~100m with the most suitable well array spacing of 100m.When the horizontal length was between 200~250m,the recovery percent of reserves and net accumulated oil increase in single well were maximized,when the horizontal section was 7/10from the top of reservoir,the recovery percent of reserves was highest,while the horizontal section was chosen in the mid-low position of the reservoir.The result can be used to improve the production effect of the 4th sand group in the west of Block Shan 2,it provides reference for the development of ultra-heavy oil reservoir with active edge and bottom water.
