摘要
涪陵页岩气井生产压力高,对套管的气密封性能提出了更高要求,为避免气井发生气窜和泄漏,涪陵工区通过引入套管气密封检测技术,为页岩气井的生产与环境安全提供了保障。介绍了气密封检测设备和原理,对近年来气密封检测技术在涪陵页岩气的检测结果进行了统计分析。结果表明,几乎所有的施工井都存在管柱丝扣泄漏情况,气密封检测技术检测精度达到1.0×10^(-7)mbar·L/s,可以有效评估管柱密封性能,同时通过气密封检测不合格案例分析,总结给出了影响套管气密封性主要因素和不当操作,提出了下套管作业的注意事项及操作建议。应用该技术可以保障页岩气井的安全运行。
In the shale gas well of Fuling Shale Gas Field,production pressure was high,higher requirements were proposed for the gas sealing performance of the casings.In order to avoid the occurrence of gas leakage and gas channeling,gas seal casing detection technology was introduced in Fuling Area for avoiding gas channeling and its leakage,it provides guarantee for the production of shale gas and environmental safety.The testing equipment and its principle were introduced and statistic analysis was performed on the test results of application of the technology in Fuling Shale Gas Field in recent years.The results show that all wells in the study have thread leakage in pipe strings,the precision of gas seal detection is 1.0×10^(-7) mbar·L/s,it can effectively evaluate the sealing performance of the pipe strings.At the same time,through the failing case analysis of the gas seal test,the main factors and improper operation influencing the casing sealing performance are summarized,and the precautions needed for attention and operation suggestions are put forward.The application of this technology can ensure the safe operation of shale gas wells.
